To report a Lost or Stolen Debit Card or Credit Card: 1-800-721-8288
If you have misplaced your debit card, you can turn your debit card off using TCT’s mobile banking app. You will need your card's 16 digits and CVV to register the card with TCT Card Controls. (You will be prompted to download the TCT Card Controls app the first time you click on the menu option.)
Cash Limits:
$1,010 cash withdrawal limit per day (inclusive of any surcharges)
$5,000 point of sale limit per day
$5,000 online purchase limit per day
$6,010 aggregate (total) per day
Swipe Limits:
10 ATM swipes per day
25 Point of sale swipes per day
25 Aggregate (total) swipes per day
How can I monitor my debit card use?
We recommend debit cardholders click on Card Controls in TCT’s Mobile Banking App to add their cards. Find the menu option that says Card Controls. From there, you can turn on real-time alerts when your debit card is used or declined. You can also set controls over the usage of your card and even turn the card on or off. You will need your card's 16 digits and CVV to register the card with TCT Card Controls. (You will be prompted to download the TCT Card Controls app the first time you click on the menu option.)

The terms 'debit card' and 'check card' mean the same thing. A debit card is used to withdraw money from your checking account the same as a check would; therefore, it debits your account. It can be used to make purchases at any retail establishment that displays the VISA logo.
TCT members age 16-17 are eligible for a debit card. Members between the ages of 12-15 may have a debit card with management approval. It is important to note that a minor requesting to open a checking account is required to have a parent or legal guardian joint on the checking account.
