No, the old online banking system and mobile app will no longer work beginning on November 14th.
You will need to create a new Username and Password. Your Username cannot be your account number and must be between 6-20 characters long, and include at least one uppercase, one lowercase, and one special character.
You will need to register using the primary account holder's information on file. If you have not updated your mailing address with us, please complete a change of address form on our website. If you have trouble registering, we will be available to assist you at 1-800-721-8288.
If you are attempting to log in for the first time, you will need the following information:
Member Account Number
Email Address
Social Security Number
Street Address
Birthdate
To login to the TCT Mobile Banking App, after your initial registration, you will need:
Username
Password
MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) – Confirmation Code
Go to the online banking login screen and click ‘Forgot Your Password’ to reset your password.

Our new TCT FCU Mobile Banking app is available to download by visiting tctfcu.org/mobile.
Your current linked accounts should continue to work after the online banking conversion on November 14th. Please call or send us a secure message if you would like us to look at your account linking to see if we can make it better for you.
Yes, we plan to add your scheduled transfers to the new system for you and they will transfer on November 14th.
Please note that there may be a delay in the time of the transfers on November 14th.
You will now be able to see transfers that TCT controls for you.
Yes, your account alerts should carry over to the new system. We recommend that you review the 'Alerts' section as there are more alert options available to you in the new online banking.
Bill payments and payees will carry over to the new Online Banking on November 14th.
Yes, bill payments will be processed on November 14th. However, Bill Pay will be unavailable on the evening of November 13th.
Yes, your current card control settings should transfer to the new TCTFCU Card Controls app. You will need to download and register on the new TCTFCU Card Controls app and manage a separate username and password. To download the new Card Controls app, visit tctfcu.org/mobile.
