If your credit card is misplaced, you can turn OFF your credit card using the Card Controls available within our TCT Mobile Banking app.
You may Open an Account online, or by visiting one of our branches. If a current TCT Member has referred you to join, enter their name in the ‘Who Referred You’ field, and you’ll both earn $5 referral rewards upon account opening. You can also visit your local branch to join TCT Federal Credit Union.

The primary or joint member can change their address on the account by any of the following five methods: 1) within the security of our online banking platform, 2) by signing an address change form at any of our branches or available online, 3) by mailing us a signed request in writing, 4) by emailing us at itsgreattocu@tctfcu.org or 5) by calling us at 1-800-721-8288.
