The most common errors that occur when sending money via the TCT Pay People feature are exceeding the transaction limits, surpassing the frequency limits, an insufficient checking account balance, or a non-activated or locked debit card. When the receiver is outside the payment network, they will receive a unique link to claim the funds within 48 hours. If the recipient doesn't claim the funds in that time period, the money will be returned to the original sending account.
Anyone with an email address or mobile phone number in the United States may instantly receive funds.
TCT members and others within the payment network with a checking account will instantly receive the funds.
All other receivers may deposit the funds directly into their checking account or choose a higher-value gift card.
The Pay People feature is designed for small transactions, such as splitting lunch or paying friends back. Currently, you can send a minimum of $1.00 and a maximum that may vary by member. Additionally, transaction limitations are in place to promote financial security. If you are unable to send your desired payment, contact TCT for assistance.

You may Open an Account online, or by visiting one of our branches. If a current TCT Member has referred you to join, enter their name in the ‘Who Referred You’ field, and you’ll both earn $5 referral rewards upon account opening. You can also visit your local branch to join TCT Federal Credit Union.

The primary or joint member can change their address on the account by any of the following five methods: 1) within the security of our online banking platform, 2) by signing an address change form at any of our branches or available online, 3) by mailing us a signed request in writing, 4) by emailing us at itsgreattocu@tctfcu.org or 5) by calling us at 1-800-721-8288.
