Each Teacher of the Week recipient receives a special plaque, bouquet of flowers and a tote bag with gift cards and prizes supplied by area shops and restaurants.

Any school employee is eligible to win the Teacher of the Week award. This includes but is not limited to teachers, teacher's assistants, classroom aides, school administrative staff, guidance counselors, school nurses, janitors, bus drivers, cafeteria workers, professors... any special school employee.
