Family Fun Prize Pack Raffle Contest

OFFICIAL RULES - NO ACCOUNT OR PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

1. DESCRIPTION OF CONTEST:

The TCT Federal Credit Union Contest is designed to allow entrants to win a prize at random.

2. ELIGIBILITY:

Promotions are open only to individual residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of the contest. Employees of TCT Federal Credit Union and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state, and local laws anld regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER:

Entry forms are available in the lobby of all TCT Federal Credit Union locations. To enter, you must complete the contest entry form in person. The contest is open to members and non-members of TCT Federal Credit Union. The contest entry period begins July 20, 2026, and ends August 20, 2026, at 4:59 p.m.

4. WINNER SELECTION:

A random drawing will be conducted by a representative of TCT Federal Credit Union on Thursday, August 20, 2026. Their decisions are final. The odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be contacted and notified via email and phone. Prizes may be awarded to an alternate if the potential winner is deemed ineligible.

5. PRIZE:

A winner will be randomly selected from each branch. There will be four separate winners, each receiving a Family Fun Prize Pack containing a cornhole set, Uno game, and other board games and family prizes. Winners are responsible for picking up their prize at the branch location where they entered the contest.

6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

By participating, all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the promotion of their own free will, that the full rules and details of the promotion have been made available to them in writing, and that they understand and agree that neither TCT Federal Credit Union nor its employees have any liability for any damages incurred from the acceptance or use of a prize. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules. By participating in the contest, entrants grant TCT Federal Credit Union permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes. Winners' names and/or photographs may be used for marketing purposes only and will not be sold to any third party. Prizes may be awarded to an alternate if the potential winner is deemed ineligible.

7. GOVERNING LAW:

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants or TCT Federal Credit Union in connection with the promotion, shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. TCT Federal Credit Union reserves the right to amend these contest rules at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion. TCT Federal Credit Union also reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Official Rules, copyright infringement, or infringement of the rights of a third party.
