OFFICIAL RULES - NO ACCOUNT OR PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
1. DESCRIPTION OF CONTEST: Pet dog photo contest. Winners enter via tctfcu.org, and the winner is determined by how many likes their photograph receives on our TCT FCU Facebook page after successfully advancing through each round and then having the most final votes. The TCT Federal Credit Union Contest is designed to engage with the community through social media and allow entrants to win a prize by receiving votes on this platform.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Promotions are open only to individual residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of the contest. Employees of TCT Federal Credit Union and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each ARE NOT ELIGIBLE to enter or win. All previous winners of the TCT Federal Credit Union Annual Mutt Madness contest are not eligible to participate. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
3. HOW TO ENTER: Visit tctfcu.org and complete the official contest entry form, including the required photo upload. You’ll need to provide your name, your pet’s name, a brief description of your pet, your mailing address (city, state, and ZIP), phone number, email address, and age. All entries must be submitted by 6:59 p.m. on Friday, February 27, 2026.
By entering, you grant TCT Federal Credit Union permission to use your name, your pet’s name, your city, and the information and photo you submit for promotional purposes, including but not limited to press releases, social media, marketing materials, website content, and other TCT promotions.
4. CONTEST EXECUTION AND PROCESS OF WINNER SELECTION

Entries will be accepted: Monday, February 16th through Friday, February 27th, 2026. Completed forms are received and accepted as an official entry for the 2026 TCT Federal Credit Union Mutt Madness Contest.
The Draft: Monday, March 2nd, 2026, through Friday, March 6th, 2026. The staff members at TCT Federal Credit Union are voting during the draft round. Staff are asked to vote for their favorite 10 photos. The votes are then calculated, and the top 16 entries will advance to the first round of Mutt Madness.
Round 1 SWEETEST SIXTEEN: Monday, March 9th, 2026, at 7:00 a.m., Round 1 begins and is shared on Facebook.com/tctfcu. The contest round ends on Sunday, March 15th, 2026, at 6:59 pm. The top 8 photos with the most likes will move on to Round 2.
Round 2 ELITE EIGHT: Monday, March 16th, 2026, at 7:00 a.m., Round 2 begins and is shared on Facebook.com/tctfcu. The contest round ends on Sunday, March 22nd, 2026, at 6:59 pm. The top 4 photos with the most likes will move on to Round 3.
Round 3 FAVORITE FOUR: Monday, March 23rd, 2026, at 7:00 a.m., Round 3 begins and is shared on Facebook.com/tctfcu. The contest round ends on Sunday, March 29th, 2026, at 6:59 pm. The top photo with the most likes will win Mutt Madness.
On Monday, March 30th, 2026, the contest will be reviewed, and the winner of Mutt Madness will be announced!
The winning entrant will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided with the entry. The winner will be awarded the prize in person.
5. VOTING: Anyone can vote for their favorite. (One (1) vote per photograph per Facebook account.) (If there is a tie, TCT Federal Credit Union will conduct a random drawing from the tying entries to determine the winner.)
6. PRIZE: The prize must be received by the entrant at one of our TCT Federal Credit Union branch locations, unless agreed by both parties. Prize includes a $500 check from TCT Federal Credit Union. TCT reserves the right to report prize value and the winner’s name to the IRS and the NYS Department of Tax and Finance.
7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating, all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the promotion of their own free will, that the full rules and details of the promotion have been made available to them in writing and therefore understand and agree that neither TCT Federal Credit Union nor its employees have any liability with respect to any damages incurred out of acceptance and use of a prize. By entering this contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules.
8. GOVERNING LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules or the rights and obligations of participants or TCT Federal Credit Union in connection with the promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules provisions that would cause the application of any other state laws. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. TCT Federal Credit Union reserves the right to amend these contest rules at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion. TCT Federal Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these official rules, copyright infringement, or infringement of the rights of a third party.
