PAPER SHREDDER RAFFLE OFFICIAL RULES - NO ACCOUNT OR PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

1. DESCRIPTION OF CONTEST: The TCT Federal Credit Union Contest is designed to allow entrants to win a prize at random.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Promotions are open only to individual residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of the contest. Employees of TCT Federal Credit Union and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household ARE NOT ELIGIBLE to enter or win. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply—void where prohibited by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER: Entry forms are available in the lobby of all TCT FCU locations. To enter, you must complete the contest entry form in person. The contest is open to members and non-members of TCT Federal Credit Union. All entries must be completed and received by June 30, 2025, at 11:59 pm.

4. WINNER SELECTION: A random drawing will be conducted by a representative of TCT Federal Credit Union, Tuesday, July 1, 2025. Their decisions are final. The odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be contacted and notified via email and phone. Prizes may be awarded to an alternate if the potential winner is deemed ineligible.

5. PRIZE: A winner will be randomly selected from each branch. There will be four separate winners, each receiving a home paper shredder valued under $50.00. The winner will be responsible for picking up the prize at the branch location where they entered to win.

6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating, all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the promotion of their own free will, that the full rules and details of the promotion have been made available to them in writing, and therefore understand and agree that neither TCT Federal Credit Union nor its employees have any liability for any damages incurred out of acceptance and use of a prize. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules. By participating in the contest, you are permitting TCT Federal Credit Union to utilize your image, name, and details provided on your entry page. The winner's name and/or photo may be used for marketing purposes only and we will not sell your image to a third party. Prizes may be awarded to an alternate if the potential winner is deemed ineligible.

7. GOVERNING LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules or the rights and obligations of participants or TCT Federal Credit Union in connection with the promotion shall be governed by and construed by the internal laws of the state of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules provisions that would cause the application of any other state laws. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. TCT Federal Credit Union reserves the right to amend these contest rules at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion. TCT Federal Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these official rules, copyright infringement, or infringement of the rights of a third party.
