TCT's Online/Mobile Banking Receives Multiple Enhancements

Since launching the new Online/Mobile Banking on November 14, we have received several enhancement suggestions and we are rolling them out mid-day, on January 24, 2024. We would like to thank you, our members, for your feedback. 

We do not expect any service interruptions, however, if you encounter a white screen, please refresh your browser and ensure you have a strong internet connection. 

Enhancements Include

  1. You will find the horizontal blue banner to have more options and a more prominent 'Logout' option.
  2. There are now two ways to navigate our Additional Services. Choose List View by clicking on the hamburger icon in the top left-hand corner, or by Tile View by clicking on the Additional Services link in the horizontal blue banner. 
  3. Additional Services are now grouped by category to make it easier to find the services you need.
  4. Loan Payoff balances are now included on your loan information, and a 'Payoff Full Amount' option is now displayed on the Transfer Tab.
