Account Verification Audit
The Supervisory Committee is conducting an account verification audit.
As volunteers appointed by the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Committee oversees the independent audit process of our credit union. The purpose of the audit is to ensure that our staff and systems follow appropriate guidelines that are designed to serve your needs and protect credit union assets.
We are conducting a verification of all member accounts and we are asking for your assistance with the following:
- Please review your June 30 statement and compare the account balance to your records.
- If you have a first mortgage with TCT through Owners Choice, please review your March mortgage statement and compare the outstanding principal balance to your records.
- If you have a TCT Visa Credit Card, please compare your new balance on the March statement to your records.
- If you have a Student Loan with Student Choice, please compare your new balance on your March statement to your records.
- Please compare the account balances on all your TCT accounts to your records. If your records do not match ours, please provide us with your supporting documentation so that we may review your account. We will consider your balances correct if we do not hear from you by July 31, 2026.
IMPORTANT: If you only receive your statement(s) electronically, it is important to view your statement(s) as soon as possible. If you are interested in setting up online banking so you can access your accounts online, please contact us at any of our four locations.
