Location: The Embassy Suites, 86 Congress St., Saratoga Springs, NY
Date: Wednesday, May 28, 2025 
Time: Check-in begins at 5:30 pm, Meeting begins at 6:30 pm

Reservations are required. 
Please call or visit a TCT branch to reserve your seats between April 14–May 10.  There is a $10 registration fee per person. 

Please Note: Our branches will be closing early at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, May 28 in preparation for the meeting.
