Q: How do I change my address on my account?

The primary or joint member can change their address on the account by any of the following five methods: 1) within the security of our online banking platform, 2) by signing an address change form at any of our branches or available online, 3) by mailing us a signed request in writing, 4) by emailing us at itsgreattocu@tctfcu.org or 5) by calling us at 1-800-721-8288. Q: How do I sign up for direct deposit?

If your employer offers direct deposit, provide your Payroll or Human Resources Department our credit union’s routing number, 221374984, and your account number as shown in your Online/Mobile Banking. TCT also provides a Direct Deposit form for your convenience. You will need to return it to your employer’s Human Resources Dept.

Q: Does the credit union put a hold on checks?

Yes, TCT may place a hold on a check or deposit you make into your account. A hold is put in place to protect you and the credit union. If you spend the money you received from the deposit, but it is returned to the credit union and not paid, then you will have to cover the negative balance. Please reference our Funds Availability Policy.

Secure online delivery

Rest easy knowing your eStatement will arrive promptly and securely. A monthly e-mail will alert you when your eStatement is ready to view. View, print, or save current and past statements and view or print a copy of your canceled checks.

Enroll in eStatements by logging in to Digital Banking, click the 'eStatements' tab and follow the instructions to get started.
