No, a TCT debit card may be used at our four branch locations and at over 55,000 ATMs in the Allpoint Network, surcharge-free. If you use your TCT debit card to access cash at an ATM other than our own ATM locations, or Allpoint ATMs, we still do not charge a fee, however, the other financial institution or owner of that ATM may charge a fee on their end.
