We'd like to share some tips for using your debit card for purchases online, in the store and at the ATM.
Know Your Limits: Please call us if you need to exceed the limits.
10 ATM swipes per day (inclusive of balance inquires and invalid pin number attempts)
25 Point of sale (in-store) swipes per day
25 Aggregate (total) swipes per day
$800 cash withdrawal limit per day (inclusive of any surcharges)
$5,000 point of sale (in-store) limit per day
$5,000 online purchase limit per day
When in Doubt, Give Us a Call: If your card is not working, something about the purchase may have triggered our fraud alert system. Continuing to swipe your card will add to your number of swipes and increase suspicion of fraud. Give us a call toll-free at 1-800-721-8288 and we can help unblock your card. Foreign Countries: Now it is easy to order items online from anywhere in the world. Many foreign countries are blocked by our system for the purpose of fraud protection. If your debit card is not working with a purchase in person or online from another country, give us a call and we can help with your specific situation.
Choose Credit: Even though your card is a debit card, it is to your advantage to select credit at the checkout. When you select Credit, your transactions go through the Visa network and come with the added fraud protection of Visa's Zero Liability Policy.
