Branch Lobby Hours Update

Beginning Saturday, November 26, TCT Cambridge and Queensbury branches will be open for drive-thru and lobby services on Saturdays, no appointment needed. 

All branches are open for drive-thru and lobby by appointment only on Wednesdays.

Clifton Park and Ballston Spa branches still require an appointment for lobby services on Wednesdays and Saturdays. 

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays will remain open for drive-thru and lobby services, business as usual.

Message to Members from Curt Cecala, President/CEO

Like so many other businesses today, TCT staff have been doing their very best to provide you with the service that you have come to expect from your credit union, despite being under-staffed for some time.

The combination of a difficult job market finding new employees and periods of unusually high sickness has forced us to operate as drive-thru only several times this year. We also need to provide our new staff and newly promoted staff with the training they need to best serve you.

Because of these challenges we have decided to temporarily change our lobby hours to improve our training and continue to serve you throughout the week.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these challenging times.

Beginning October 12th our branches will operate as drive-thru only on Wednesdays and Saturdays and offer lobby services by appointment. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays will remain business-as-usual.

DIY Banking

You can do almost any account transaction with our Online and Mobile Banking services. If you need assistance with these services or prefer speaking to someone, please call us at 1-800-721-8288. We are ready to help.  

We also offer Virtual Meetings for your convenience and safety. Select a date and time, and provide a summary of what you'd like to meet about. A member of our staff will send you an email with a link to join the virtual meeting from your computer or mobile device.
