TCT is strong because of your support.

A message from TCT CEO, Curt Cecala:

The past several months have been a trying time for all of us and I hope you and your family are doing well. I want to update you on your credit union and our plans as our state reduces the restrictions placed on all of us.  

First, I want to thank you and our staff for how everyone responded to the changes we made back in March in how we operate. 

In less than one week we completely changed how we serviced you at our branch, handled your loan requests, and questions you had regarding your accounts. In addition, many staff began working from home for the first time. This huge undertaking occurred under very trying times and was a great success because of our staff’s hard work, and your patience and understanding.  A wonderful example of “People Helping People” and what makes our credit union special.

Second, I am pleased to report TCT is doing well. 

We continue to grow in new members, loans, and deposits. We are moving forward with our strategic initiatives to improve TCT for you, and we are ready to help those of you that are being impacted financially by this pandemic. TCT’s reserve position is well-capitalized today and that is why we can grow to better meet your needs.

Finally, as restrictions are being phased out, we will be allowing members to come into our branches without an appointment starting June 15. 

To maintain a safe branch environment for you and our staff we will limit the number of members allowed in at the same time. We ask that you wear a face-covering when you enter. If you forget your face covering, we will have a mask for you.   

Our staff will be wearing masks and there will be sneeze guards at the counter and desks. We have sanitizer grips on our doors and social distancing will be followed. We will continue to clean our work areas after transactions. If you are not feeling well, please do not come inside. Remember, you can do almost any account transaction with our online and mobile services. If you need assistance with these services or prefer speaking to someone, please call us at 1-800-721-8288. We are ready to help. 

These changes are necessary for the time being and our lobby service at the counter will move slower than we are accustomed to because of them. All over-the-counter transactions can be performed at our drive-thru and we encourage you to use our drive-thru first. This will help with social distancing in the lobby and allow us to take care of you and your fellow members in a timely manner.    

We look forward to the day when we can see each other’s faces, exchange friendly conversations, and stop being mindful of how far apart we are from each other.  I want to thank you for choosing your credit union, TCT is strong because of your support. Stay safe.

  • TCT Mortgage holders: Members with a first mortgage through our partner, Owner’s Choice should contact 800-342-4998, Option 5.
  • Members with other TCT loans: If you're late making your loan payments, or expect to be, the best thing to do is contact TCT’s Loan Servicing Department right away.
