Annual Meeting

 

Join Us for our Annual Meeting and get to know TCT, it's staff, Board and Committee Members, and how we are all working for you!

 

Friday ~ May 6, 2011        Holiday Inn ~ Saratoga

Registration and cocktails: 5:30-6:30pm ~ Meeting at 6:30 followed by buffet dinner

 

Dinner           ~            Scholarship Presentations        ~        Door Prizes

 

• There will be a $10 Reservation Charge for the buffet dinner.
  • a separate $10.00 Reservation Charge will be required for your guest (Maximum of 1 guest per member)
  • Reservation charges will be collected when you call or visit one of our branches to R.S.V.P.
• The R.S.V.P. deadline is April 27, 2011
• You will receive an R.S.V.P. ticket which will confirm your reservations.  Please bring it to the meeting.

Refund Cancellation Date: April 29, 2011

• If you find you are unable to attend the meeting after registering and you call us to cancel prior to the Refund Cancellation Date, your money will be refunded immediately.

• If you do not cancel your reservation prior to April 29, 2011, your $10 dinner reservation charge will NOT be refunded.
