About Us

Since 1959:
TCT is a not-for-profit financial institution owned by people (depositors), more commonly referred to as members.  TCT is locally owned by its members.  We have offices in Saratoga, Warren, and Washington Counties in New York.  Our sole purpose is to provide our over 11,000 members with high quality savings and loan services in order to help improve their personal financial condition.
